How much ASO should I use in my knockdown experiment?
Optimal ASO concentration is dependent on both the cell type or organism as well as the delivery method.
For delivery of Antisense Oligos (ASOs) to immortalized tissue culture cell lines using cationic lipids, IDT typically uses an ASO dose response in the 1–30 nM range. Optimization may be needed for your specific target and system.
