Do you publish the HPLC traces for HPLC purified oligos?
When this service is purchased, traces of the final oligo prep are provided on the website as well. Oligos that are purified by HPLC but do not have this service will not have an HPLC trace available online.
Electrospray ionization (ESI) mass spectrometry traces for all oligo preparations are available in the order history, found under the "Order" drop down menu on the IDT website. When oligos are purified by HPLC and receive a purity guarantee, a CE trace of the oligo prep is made available online. Analytical HPLC is available as an additional service.
